INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

Dean Project Management (DPM) is seeking a Request for Proposals (RFP) from only pre-qualified construction managers for the Field of Dreams Project scheduled to open in March 2015 for the Bay Area Tigers, a semi-pro baseball team. The bid proposal should be responsive to each of the requirements that are included in all sections of this RFP.
