Legalize it

Have you ever heard the saying don’t judge a book by its cover? I believe this to be one of the truest quotes ever spoken because it signifies how un-open we as a society are to things that we are taught not to like. One book that has been judged by its cover for a while is the drug marijuana. Marijuana has been around for a long time and has gotten a bad reputation that seems to get worse every year. What I do not understand is the people who give marijuana a bad name are the people who have never tried it and only believe what they are told. The fact is marijuana can do more to help then it can to hurt. It also helps with nerve damage, arthritis, or any other joint pain that people suffer from on a day to day basis (livestrong.com). People like to argue that it is just a drug and being a drug it cannot help in any situation plain and simple, but the facts say otherwise. There is continuous research and tests that are currently being done to prove that marijuana may be the next big step in the medical field.

Eventually, it is a sin to become one of them. God created you as man or woman because He has a purpose that’s why you should stand for it until the end. Despite all of these, I respect those people who wanted to legalize this marriage because I believe that their love is true and even if the whole world is against to their love they will fight for it. For their happiness and for the one they love the most. They only prove that true love prevails to leagalize this kind of marriage here in the Philippines. All of us have the freedom to choose. It doesn’t matter who you love and who you are, as long as you are happy and contented. Don’t think how other people look at you. Fight for what you love and what you are. Even if I’m against to this topic, I just wanted to say to all the readers out there, just be who you are. Don’t let people drag you down because of your imperfections.
