1) Introduction

The topic that we have chosen is employees’ obligation to the employer, for that we intended to focus on employees’ conflict of interest based on practices or corporate governance in malaysia. We choose this topic, because it is the major problem occurring in most of the companies nowadays which harm the business reputation and corporate image. conflict of interest is a situation where a conflict arises between public duty and private interest.
